When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 p.m. PST ship the same business day. Transit time: 5–10 business days.
How do I track delivery?
We’ll email you a tracking link from the carrier as soon as your label is printed.
What if my package is lost or damaged?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

What is Prop 65, and should I worry?
It’s a California law that requires product warnings. TripleLite products are safe when used as directed.

Can I buy extra TL1000 batteries?
Yes—compatible 18650 Li-ion cells are widely available.
Troubleshooting & Care
My flashlight won’t turn on
Check battery installation, replace batteries, clean contacts, and ensure the cap is fully tightened.
TL1000 is in test mode
Hold the power button for 3 seconds to exit. Then fully charge the unit and cycle through modes.
How do I charge the TL1000?
Use the included USB-C cable. Red = charging, Green = fully charged.
Can I disable the strobe feature?
The strobe feature is built in for safety and cannot be disabled.
What if the flashlight/headlamp flickers?
Try replacing the batteries and gently cleaning the contacts with a cotton swab.
Any care tips?
Keep your flashlight dry, avoid dropping it, clean the lens gently, and remove the batteries if storing long-term.

Is there a warranty?
Yes—a limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects.
How do I start a return or file a claim?
Use the form on our Warranty or Refund Policy pages. Include your order number or receipt.
I received a defective gift. What now?
You can still submit a warranty claim using the gift receipt or order number.
